Single chamber teabags
NF series of single chamber teabag packing machines include more than 10 models machines with different structure and various functions. They could meet the packing request of tea, flower tea, herbal tea, medical tea and tea foods. These machines are using the heat-seal filter paper and the technology of heat forming. One complete machine can finish all functions automatically, such as forming, filling, bag sealing, cutting, tag pasting, thread winding, envelope sealing, feeding, date and batch number printing. Some of them could even count and put bags into box automatically.
Double chamber teabags
After the single chamber teabag machines dominate the market, CAMA put into huge fund to develop the double chamber teabag machine timely according to the variation tendency of markets. The double chamber machine is a kind of automatic, multifunctional and intelligent packing machine. It makes double chamber filter bags which are cold-sealed. The machine links up hard tag, thread and filter bag with staple automatically. It is controlled by PLC. The end products are counted, grouped and packed into box automatically. With excellent performance and reliable quality, the machine is easy to operate and maintain, and all technical data have reached the world-class level. Compared to heat-seal filter paper, the non-heatseal filter paper of double chamber teabags is better to make tea exude while steeping, and its three-dimensional structure is easier to sink into water. Because of the above characteristic, all up-market teabags are packed as double chamber bags. 
Pyramid bags
The pyramid teabag packing machine is our new developed type, and there are 3 models in current markets. On this series of machines, the technology of ultrasound sealing is used to seal PET material, nylon filter and non-woven fabrics into pyramid bags or flat bags. Some models could pack naked bag and envelope bag together. These machines can pack tea, flower tea, herbal tea, fruit tea, spice, etc. To meet customers’ request of measuring accuracy, the high-precision multihead weigher is selected to achieve accurate measuring.
Options
According to different models and requests, the options can be added on CAMA machines to improve their functions. Our options include date printing device, pneumatic vacuum feeder, boxing device, counter, heat-seal tag system (no glue tag), etc.
